What is Battlefield Harley-Davidson®'s LOYAL CUSTOMER PROGRAM?

The Loyal Customer Program (LCP) is our way of rewarding our most loyal customers for making Battlefield Harley-Davidson® their dealership of choice. The Loyal Customer Program is only available to retail customers who enroll in the program.

How do I become a member?

It couldn't be easier. Just tell any Battlefield Harley-Davidson® staff member you want to join the Loyal Customer Program. You will be given a simple membership enrollment card. Once completed, give the enrollment card to a cashier. They will enter and verify your customer profile in our computer system, and present you with your personal Loyal Customer Program card. You can start earning points toward credit value immediately!

Is there a fee to be a member of the program?

No. Membership is absolutely FREE!

How do I get points?

At the time of purchase, tell the cashier that you are a Loyal Customer Program member and present your card. Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point per pre-tax dollar spent on MotorClothes®, parts and accessories. Points will post to your account within 48 hours of purchase. Points will NOT be accumulated on the following: discounted items, Jostens owner rings, prescription Wiley X, Service parts & labor, warranty, collision repair, gift cards, or motorcycle purchase (including parts, accessories or MotorClothes® included as part of the motorcycle purchase). Other limitations may apply. You can earn additional bonus points by visiting our dealership on special event days and taking advantage of our special promotions like double point days. These days will be announced in advance. Check this page, our service media center in the store, and our events calendar regularly for special point promotions!

What can I get with my points?

Points can be redeemed for LCP certificates, to be used only at Battlefield Harley-Davidson®, as soon as you have accumulated enough points to reach a redemption value. You can 'cash in' your reward points for an LCP certificate through logging into your online account. The certificates can be used towards any in store purchase (some limitations may apply). LCP certificates have no cash value and must be used at one time. Once you redeem a certificate, the points will be subtracted from your account point balance.

How can I keep track of my LCP Points?

Points are accumulated on purchases of pre-tax merchandise and will post to your account within 48 hours. You can track your points by going to Battlefield Harley-Davidson®'s website, Rider Rewards™ Account, and clicking on the LCP LOGIN button on the top right side. Follow the prompts in the gray Rewards sign in area (at the top of this page). You can also call or stop by the dealership to have one of our staff members access your account information for you.

How do I print my LCP Certificates?

You can 'cash in' your rewards points for an LCP certificate via different redemption values by logging into your online account at Rider Rewards™ Account. Once an LCP certificate is printed, it must be redeemed within 30 days. If you do not have access to a computer, one of our staff members can print LCP certificates for you at the dealership. Certificates printed for you at the dealership must be used the same day.

How do I redeem my LCP Certificate?

LCP Certificates are redeemable towards most purchase at Battlefield Harley-Davidson®. They cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase gift cards. Once a certificate is printed at home, it must be redeemed within 30 days. If it is printed at the dealership, by the staff , it must be redeemed that same day.

What should I do if I lose my card?

Call a dealership staff member. We will issue a new card and transfer all of your points over to the new card.

Can my family and friends use my card so I'll earn points on their purchases?

Only members of your immediate household are authorized to use your membership number and LCP Certificates. They may be asked for identification. Immediate family members can use the same LCP account number.

When does my membership expire?

Membership never expires.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you need to return an item for which you collected points, the points you earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.

What do I do if I think there is an error in my points?

Contact a dealership staff member.

How do I cancel my Loyal Customer Program membership?

While we hope this would not occur, you can cancel your membership by contacting one of the dealership staff members.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?

No. We will not share your information with any other company or organization.

Do my points expire?

Yes. All point balances will automatically reset to zero on March 1st every year. Check your point balance and print out certificates by the last day of February.

Points and certificate values are only redeemable at Battlefield Harley-Davidson® for goods and services. The cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. Battlefield Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue the Customer Loyalty Program, members' privileges, and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received, or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud, theft, through illegal means, or in any other way inconsistent with the intent of the program. Battlefield Harley-Davidson® also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyal Customer Program at any time.
