LOYAL CUSTOMER PROGRAM

Battlefield has made several enhancements to our highly popular Loyal Customer Program.  This is the same great program with the same great rewards value for our customers…the most aggressive rewards program around!  Anytime you make a purchase, you will automatically receive points redeemable for gift certificates towards future purchases.  The more you spend, the more you save.  This is our way of saying “Thank You” for coming back again and again to Battlefield Harley-Davidson.

If you are already a Loyal Customer Program member, all you need to do is stop by the dealership to receive your New  Loyal Customer Card!  If you haven't become a LOYAL CUSTOMER PROGRAM member yet, it's easy.  All you have to do is stop by the dealership and ask one of our associates to enroll you—it's quick & easy.  From there, it's all much easier to use.

Enhancements:

• Personalized online account to track your purchases 
• Track points online
• Print your own gift certificates online—use full amount or loose difference
• Coupons have a 30 day expiration—immediate if redeemed in house
• Earn Bonus points on designated days
• No manual card swipe required at checkout, it's automatic
• Not necessary to present your card at checkout—automatic
• Immediate family members can now use the same LCP account number, can merge account point balances into one

Steps To Convert:

ü     Come into the dealership

ü     Cashier will convert points to new card and give new card—two key tags

ü     Gift Card credit on card will remain on old LCP card—we will write on it GIFT CARD

ü     When Gift Card $ on old LCP card reaches 0, BFHD will keep the card

ü     Volunteer points will be scanned in the future—no more volunteer chips so will need the card for this--LEVANSCAN
