"My wife and I were there on the 23rd and 24th of March along with 2 other couples that we brought with us. This was not our first trip to your dealership but it was theirs and we were all treated like family. One young lady was VERY helpful Annie Justice she went out of her way to help us. She took a lot of time helping us with our purchases and showing us were items were located. Each time we have come there we have been treated warm, friendly and made to feel like we important. "A special thanks to the service dept. I made a grave mistake and put a gallan of diesel fuel in my 09 FXDF a mile from your dealer. The service dept quickly got me in on a busy saturday, October 6, 2012 drained my tank and had me back on the road again. "On August 20, 2011, on my way to the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains, my tourpak latch broke. I pulled into Battelfield HD's service department. Despite a huge HOG event and many customers, the service personnel tried to fix my problem. Unfortunately, no latches were in stock. That's when they went above and beyond, by removing a latch from a bike in inventory. I was on my way within 45 minutes. Thanks to Randy, Mike and Tom at Battlefield. Your kindness and effort is a reason why Harley ownership offers piece-of-mind during our travels. "

"On the morning we were to leave, headed back to Orlando, my headlight would not come on. Pulled the light to find the pigtail had melted. We (5 couples in all) went to your service dept and explained what was up. Tom sent me to parts where I purchased a new pigtail and a new buld and He installed it on the spot and said no charge! I can definetly tell you that would not happen in Orlando, he is an asset to your dealership. We were all very surprised and have mentioned it every chance we got all the way back to Florida and we hit several HD shops. I may have to buy my next scoot from your dealership and ride it home, I am truly impressed!"

"I recently bought a 2005 Sportster. I felt something was wrong with it within the first few days. I went back to the store several times and each time they gave me some advice, they even gave me a new air filter even though they did not think it was the problem. After trying different fuel , fuel additives, I pulled the plugs and one was fouled. I took the plugs to the shop. I went to the parts counter and he said this did not look good, he gave me 2 new plugs and said I should bring the bike in. I brought it in and the guys as the service counter thought I may have a valve seal problem. That was in fact one of the problems. Parts had to be ordered and they had the bike for a couple weeks, when I got it back they had washed the bike fixed all the problems and said no charge.
That was excellent service and I thank you very much, I will buy my next bike from Battlefield HD"

"My wife decided she wanted to get me a Harley for Father's Day. Unfortunatly, I got deployed to Iraq before then, but she decided to do it anyway. After MANY bumps in the road at other dealerships, she was refered by a friend to Battlefield. While there were a few other bumps in the road along the way, none of them were the dealership's fault, but they took care of things anyway.
Know for sure that when my wife and I are ready to go on outtings together (or she decides she wants to ride the Sportster sitting in the garage), when it comes time for another/larger bike, Battlefield will be my first, last, and only stop."

"While on a 2,200 mile road trip I experienced a mechanical problem. I was able to hobble into Battlefield HD for an unscheduled repair. "Last Saturday, my lady and I rode up to Battlefield HD from Maryland on her '08 SoftTail Deluxe (I live in San Antonio, TX and my Road King was back home) As soon as we walked in, the size/selection of your showroom immediately earned me a "quick glance", because she knew I'd be in there for hours walking around "finding stuff I needed"!! Your staff was friendly and helpful in true HD family tradition. We eventually ended up talking to a staff member about the Birthday Bash to be held the next day with WAR as the featured band. This woman was so excited about the next days events, that when she invited us to come back, the enthusiasm was infectious enough for us to want to ride back up to check out the festivities. We did ride back up, and we had a GREAT time! We got to hear ALL of my old school WAR favorites (yeah, I did sing along with them loudly!!) We sat on the lawn 15 feet in front of the band, and loved every minute of the concert. As expected, the dealer staff was again gracious and friendly (I found more "stuff I needed!"), the crowd was HD Family, and we got an unexpected surprise when we discovered that the bubbly woman that had invited us to come back up was, in fact, Jennifer LeVan, the owner!! I can promise that we will make certain that we tell our respective chapters; Old Glory HD in Laurel, MD and Caliente HD, in San Antonio, TX about the great time and hospitality, and we'll recommend that any/every one that comes anywhere near Gettysburg, makes sure they stop by to say hey to the BattleField HD family. "We were visiting from Virginia Beach this past weekend and were happy to find your dealership practically right next door to our hotel. We love our hometown HD (Southside) but yours was really impressive. The showroom was beautiful. I could have stayed there for hours shopping. Your personnel was very friendly and courteous. I wish I knew the names of the two ladies who helped me so I could give them a shout out. One was maybe in early 40s, petite with long brown hair and glasses. She helped me Friday and again on Saturday when we came back. The other was older with white hair that gave us a chuckle when she started the ceiling fan for us so we could hear it roar. The Cool Guy in the parts department with all the earrings asked if he could help me. I said could you give me a few prices on some replacement chrome. He did with out any pressure. "My 2002 Deuce barely could make 90 hp. After it was Dyno tuned by the Service Dept at Battlefield it now makes 101 hp w/100 ft/lbs of torque. Pleasant staff and easy to talk with.

"I've wanted a HD for a long time. When I finally made a decision, the sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The new 07 Fatboys were in short supply so they notified me when they arrived. I bought the bike. The only thing that didn't work out as I planned was the accessories that I wanted. Due to the new design, there wasn't a light kit available to fit. Not the dealerships fault. I understand that HD is working to rectify this.
Even though it's cold, I'm loving life. Bugs and all. "

"I have traveled this country from corner to corner on business. I try to stop by the local H-D Dealership in every town. I can honestly say that, in my humble opinion, Battlefeld H-D is the best dealership on the east coast and maybe the US. Every aspect of the store is top shelf. I just purchased my 6th H-D (and my 2nd from Battlefield). Dave Isaacson made both purchases a great experience. I now have 3 other dealerships closer to my house, but I always make the trip to Battlefield for my bikes, parts and service. I'll be a customer for life. "
